At CinemoraTech, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Certain items are non-returnable, including final sale items (if applicable) and any products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery (unless the damage was caused by us).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 to ten 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
CinemoraTech is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to our facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
