At CinemoraTech, we aim to process and ship orders promptly. All orders are processed within one 1 to three 3 business days after payment is received.
We currently offer shipping to select countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. We offer free shipping on all orders within these regions. We plan to expand our shipping availability to additional international destinations in the future.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Any delivery estimates provided are for reference only and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues or high demand periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
